His first introduction to meditation came in 2012, beginning a journey of study and practice that builds a living unity between the spiritual wisdom of East and West, reflecting Paramhansa Yogananda’s mission to harmonize the universal science of meditation with the teachings of Christ.

Megan Wilt (Pumper)
Megan was raised Catholic and attended St. Dominic Catholic School in Northfield, Minnesota. Her background reflects a lifelong integration of faith, service, and inquiry, shaped through a wide range of experiences from clinical work with vulnerable adolescents in Seattle to environmental research in Ecuador.
Through her work in research and healthcare, Megan came to understand both the strengths and limits of individualized medicine, leading her to explore deeper questions about why people heal differently. This search drew her toward faith and contemplative practice, where she found a unifying framework centered on resilience, meaning, and inner transformation. In meditation and spiritual discipline, she discovered tools that help individuals meet life’s circumstances with steadiness and compassion.
